Presented at 2009 VGFOA
Fall Conference |
Two awards
were presented at the 2009 Fall
conference. The 2009 Innovations in
Government Finance (Population >100,00)
went to Fairfax County Department of
Finance - Dart Project and the 2009
Joseph N. Black Lifetime Membership
Award went to Aubrey Dodson.

Fall Conference |
 The VGFOA 2009 Fall Conference
was
held
October 21-23, 2009 at the Omni Hotel
in Charlottesville, Virginia.
It was another successful VGFOA
conference with 200 people in
attendance. The VGFOA sincerely
